  • For referrer to be counted as valid , referred user must register to DrShopper.com with a valid email address. Email address needs to be verified by clicking on the link sent after the registration.
    
    
  • In order for referral to be properly tracked and awarded , participants of the contest must use a special url parameter which is appended to end of the DrShopper.com url. This special url is found in the user's profile section (under "Your Referrer Code Snippet") and it is unique for each user. For examples on how to use the special referrer code please check out this page.
    For logged-in users this code is automatically included when using "Tell a Friend" button found under each deal/ coupon. Tell a friend is a great and easy way to promote DrShopper and still get referrals. Stats on the current number of verified referrals can be found on the user's profile page.

• ELIGIBILITY: DrShopper Contests (each, a "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry and who have authorized access to the DrShopper.com. In addition to these Official Rules, Users' entries are subject to the terms and conditions of the DrShopper Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. • CONTEST PERIOD: DrShopper Contest (the “Post and Win contest”) commences at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 19, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 19, 2009 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is sponsored by DrShopper.com.
  
  
• PRIZE AWARDING: Winner will be notified by email within approximately fifteen (15) days of the applicable end of the contest. Prizes will be awarded only on verification by DrShopper.com that all contest requirements have been met by the winners. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of Prizes will be allowed. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected Entrants at the email address listed on the DrShopper.com website. The winner will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to accept the Prize by email, and will be instructed whom to contact at that time.

In the event any portion of this Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of DrShopper, which in the sole opinion of DrSopper.com, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the contest, DrShopper reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Contest and to award Prize(s) to individuals selected based on the total discretion of DrShopper.com
